If you don't love it, then we will exchange it, or provide a full refund to you, no questions asked, within 30 days. Final Sale items and custom creations can be exchanged for credit.

Our Return Policy

We are so confident that you will love your Sophia Fiori Jewelry that we offer a No-Risk Guarantee on ALL the products we sell. If you don't love your jewelry, simply return it for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by following the steps outlined below. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days of the original shipping date from our facility.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. All Sophia Fiori engraved rings may be returned for credit, however, engraving fees are non-refundable.
  • Removal of Sophia Fiori engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee.
  • Special orders are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Resizable Items

Our Pillars of Eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones and diamonds per finger size, cannot be resized. Please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. For assistance in determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service or use our online ring sizer tool.

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

Your satisfaction matters. If you need to return or jewelry item to our Sophia Fiori Office in California, please follow the instructions below:

Call for RMA Number

Call +1-626-609-7607 to speak to one of our Jewelry Specialists. You will be provided details on how to initiate details for returning your order. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

Package Your Items

Package your item(s) in the original packaging provided. If your item is for refund or exchange, please include your Certificate of Authenticity and any diamond grading report(s). Your Certificate of Authenticity or diamond grading report(s) are not required for resizing or repairs. If your item was delivered with a diamond or gemstone grading report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the replacement costs.

Insure Your Shipment

Insuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. If using our shipping return service, the shipping label emailed to you includes insurance protection via FedEx shipping service and insurance at discounted rates. When opting to use a different service, ensure that you acquire a tracking number and insurance information from the carrier prior to shipping.

Refund Process

After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item.

Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase. International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according the exchange rate at the time of refund. Sophia Fiori is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund.

Sophia Fiori is not responsible for exchange fees or any other fee that is charged by the customer's financial institution. For credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for the credit to appear.

Cancel Or Change Your Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact our Customer Service at +1-626-609-7607, Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm PST.

We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay or extra fees.

We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. Re-routing packages to alternate addresses is not possible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection, please contact us. If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

Lifetime Limited Warranty Coverage

For the lifetime of the original registered owner, Sophia Fiori will repair or replace (at our discretion) any jewelry piece that is defective due to manufacturing or material flaws under normal use.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
  • Repairs for covered defects (labor and materials included).

What's Not Covered

  • Center stones (diamonds, colored gemstones, or other feature stones).
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., scratches, dulling, bent prongs).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • Contest and giveaway items (no warranty coverage).
  • Items from sample sales are covered for two years from purchase and are final sale.

Co-Pay Requirement

  • Repairs under this warranty are subject to a co-pay handling fee, which contributes toward shipping, insurance, and administrative costs.
  • Standard Co-Pay Fee: $50-200 per repair.
  • The exact fee will be confirmed during the warranty claim process.
  • If the item cannot be repaired and is deemed irreplaceable, a gift certificate may be issued toward a new item.

Proof of Purchase

To receive warranty service, customers must submit: The Certificate of Authenticity; and The original sales receipt.

Authorized Repair Requirement

Warranty coverage applies only when repairs or sizing are performed by Sophia Fiori Authorized Jewelers or approved service centers.

Custom Jewelry Guarantee

We have a 99.9% success rate in creating custom-designed jewelry. If your custom piece is not exactly what you envisioned, return it for a rebuild at no additional cost (subject to our return policy's custom item guidelines).

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original registered owner and is non-transferable.
