Return & Cancellations

Our policy on returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
  • Items marked as "final sale," "on sale," discounted, or reduced-price are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit—no exceptions.

Deposits & Cancellations for Custom Orders

  • Deposits made toward custom order design and consultation are non-refundable.
  • If a design has been completed, a $200 design fee will be retained.
  • If canceled before design work begins, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Age Requirement & Underage Purchases

If a purchase is made by an individual under the age of 18—whether with or without parental consent—that sale is final and not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or store credit. Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for purchases made by minors using their payment methods or accounts.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

All custom-made or made-to-order products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom pendants
  • Chains
  • Necklaces
  • Rings
  • Earrings
  • Bracelets
  • Watch bezels, bands, and accessories
  • Any other custom or personalized items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please submit a Customer Claim Form immediately and follow the standard claim process.

Custom Order Considerations

Sophia Fiori offers custom, made-to-order jewelry that requires skilled labor, materials, and production time. All custom orders are budget-based and handcrafted.

Before submitting a custom order, please carefully review all specifications and details. Once production begins, changes, revisions, or cancellations may be impossible or impractical due to cost and labor already incurred.

Clear, timely, and respectful communication with your assigned sales representative is essential to ensure your order meets expectations.

  • Deposits are required to begin custom work and renderings.
  • Digital 2D/3D renders are provided after deposit confirmation.
  • Customers must verify all design details, colors, and specifications prior to production.
  • Budget limitations must be clearly communicated at the start of the process.

Buy-Back & Material Value Policy

Sophia Fiori does not offer a traditional buy-back program for custom or one-of-one jewelry.

However, select items may be eligible for materials value consideration, which reflects the current market value of raw materials (such as precious metals or gemstones) and excludes labor, craftsmanship, or design value.

Eligibility and valuation are determined solely at our discretion.
